Business is booming because contractors throughout the United States are eager to become authorized Capital Steel builders who are tasked with representing and providing construction services for the industry leader in the pre-engineered steel buildings across North America.

We specialize in connecting contractors of Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings with customers purchasing Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings. We have been in business for almost 20 years and advertise with top media personalities and major networks spending millions in advertising each year. Some of our clients consist of Tesla, Mercedes, GM, Disney and NASA to name a few!

CSI is looking for a new member of our sales team who possesses the following characteristics:

Our Ideal Candidate:

 Must have previous sales experience.

 Must have Project Coordinator experience in the construction Industry.

 Must have a clean background.

 Must be extremely organized.

 Must be able to work well under pressure.

 Performance driven and highly motivated to succeed.

 Well spoken.

 Ability to travel if needed.

 Ability to work general offer hours with some flexibility in order to meet the needs of clients in other times zones in the continental us.

 Ability to provide building quotes.

 Ability to provide value engineering solutions to match the needs of the costumers.

 Preferred but not required experience in construction management.

 Preferred but not required experience in phone sales.

Job Responsibilities:

 Responsible for finding local builders from within our builder network to provide quotes for erection and concrete costs all the way through turnkey proposals in support to the direct sales process.

 Daily maintenance of 40-50 active contractor accounts.

 Contact dealer customer to highlight the advantages of our product vs. the competition.

 Selling and assisting in the sales of Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings!

Local Candidates only: Must have Inside phone sales / construction sales experience. (retail sales and fast food need not apply)

Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
