We are looking for multiple GenStone Sales Representatives to add to our team at GenStone!
We are seeking an energetic and motivated GenStone Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base and increasing sales of high-end building materials. Your enthusiasm for outside sales, combined with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, will help you build lasting relationships with clients across various industries. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales expertise, manage a robust sales pipeline, and contribute to the growth of a forward-thinking company committed to excellence.
GenStone is an international faux stone and brick veneer building supply company located in Littleton, CO. Members of our sales team work directly with end-users and contractors throughout the USA and Canada to provide material takeoffs and design consultations for projects including outdoor kitchens, accent walls, fireplaces, bars and complete siding replacements among many other creative and fun projects.
We advertise on Google, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, HGTV, and the DIY Network. We increase our advertising budget as new sales professionals join our team resulting in more than enough, warm leads for our sales team. Need proof? Responsibilities
- Engage in proactive outside sales efforts by reaching out to potential clients through warm leads, and networking.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and identifying upselling opportunities to maximize sales.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation through closing deals, ensuring consistent follow-up and timely communication.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs, showcasing the benefits of our high-end building materials.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients while maintaining profitability and aligning with company policies.
- Utilize CRM/Sales Force software to track sales activities, update client information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, or retail sales within the building materials or related industries.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end deals effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM/Sales Force software.
- Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette
- Ability to perform warm leads, outbound sales activities, and upselling strategies confidently.

- Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00+ per year
